Wrap style tops are a great top to accentuate your waistline. These tops also call attention to the neckline and decolletage. You can pretty much control the fit and how low the neckline by how you wrap the top. Black and white of course is the easiest color combination to wear, I mixed some geometric prints and patterns to spice up the look. The skirt is from Express, while the top and shoes I've had for a while and I've listed similar items.
