Trapeze Dress

The trapeze dress gets its name from the geometric shape of a trapezoid. A trapeze dress is pretty  much shaped like a tent and may seem like it would look shapeless and unflattering. However, when fit and styled in the right way they can be fun and flattering not to mention oh so comfortable and easy to wear! Since there is no defined waist and the dress itself has a lot of volume it looks best in a shorter length. Dressed up or down this dress can be flattering on any shape with the right length and accessories. Something to keep in mind is the fit, you want the size to be body skimming since the dress itself is so full. The right belt can also add a little definition to the waist for those who need it. I think the color I am wearing is now sold out, but I listed several other great color and print options. I added a camisole and wedges to dress it down a bit and the black fringed bag for fun!
