I love full skirts, long, midi or short I find them to be very feminine and demure. Express is one of my favorite clothing stores and they have had many variations of beautiful full skirts. The newest short full skirt I got from Express is in a beautiful tropical print but with a soft color palette. The black cropped top and blazer are also from Express but different seasons. I completed this night out on the town look with nude peep toe d'orsay pumps by Jessica Simpson.
