I know I have said before that I love prints, and floral is one of my favorites but stripes are a close second! I bought this cute little off the shoulder striped top in Forever 21 the other day (VIP 40%off 1 item!)and I wanted to wear it with a bright color to make it pop! I have this gorgeous red trumpet style dress from Express that I purchased to wear for Valentines day but never wore. It's fun and figure flattering with the pencil skirt silhouette and the fluted hem. I had the hardest time finding a skirt identical for this look so I've listed something similar as well! I completed the look with red patent leather pumps which are my favorite to wear because they remind me of a shiny new sports car! I also threw on a colorful necklace for fun! :)
